Tracking a referral
To track an existing referral:
- fill out a track a referral form
- The practice is receiving increasing numbers of requests for us contact the hospital to expedite outpatient appointments or operations. There is a very strict criteria for the hospital to consider expediting a referral. The practice policy is as follows… We will only agree to pass on requests for expedition from patients who have given reasons in a formal written letter as to why they feel their appointment should be given priority.
