Practice Manager – Imogen White

The Practice Manager is responsible for the overall leadership and day-to-day management of the practice. They oversee the delivery of high-quality patient services, support staff across all departments, manage finances and resources, and ensure the practice meets all regulatory and contractual requirements.

Working closely with the GP Partners and the wider team, the Practice Manager leads service improvements, develops practice policies, and ensures the practice continues to provide safe, efficient, and patient-centred care.

Assistant Practice Manager – Emma Elvidge

The Assistant Practice Manager supports the Practice Manager in the day-to-day running of the practice. They work closely with all departments to ensure services run smoothly, supporting staff, overseeing operational processes, and helping to deliver an excellent patient experience.

The role includes assisting with staff management, service development, quality improvement, and ensuring practice policies and procedures are followed. The Assistant Practice Manager helps coordinate daily operations and works collaboratively with the wider team to support the delivery of safe, effective, and efficient healthcare.

Receptionist

Our Reception Team is here to provide a friendly and helpful first point of contact for all our patients. They are dedicated to ensuring you receive the right support, whether you’re booking an appointment, making an enquiry, requesting a prescription, or accessing the services you need.

Working closely with our clinical team, our receptionists help direct patients to the most appropriate healthcare professional, ensuring you receive the right care at the right time. They are committed to treating every patient with kindness, respect, and confidentiality while helping the practice run smoothly and efficiently.

Secretaries

Our Secretarial Team provides essential administrative support to both our patients and clinicians. They are responsible for processing referrals, managing hospital correspondence, arranging appointments with other healthcare services, and ensuring important medical information is handled accurately and confidentially.

Working closely with GPs, hospitals, and other healthcare providers, our secretaries help coordinate your care and ensure referrals and clinical communications are managed as efficiently as possible. They are committed to providing a professional, reliable, and supportive service for all our patients.

Pharmacy Team

Our Pharmacy Team plays an important role in supporting patients with their medication and helping to ensure safe, effective prescribing. The team includes our Clinical Pharmacists, Pharmacy Technicians, and Prescription Clerks, who work closely with our GPs and other healthcare professionals.

They process prescription requests, carry out medication reviews, answer medication queries, support patients with long-term conditions, and help ensure prescriptions are accurate and issued safely. They also work to improve prescribing processes and provide advice on medicines where appropriate.

Our Pharmacy Team is committed to delivering a safe, efficient, and patient-centred service, helping you get the most from your medication while supporting the smooth running of the practice.

Administration Team

Our Administration Team plays a vital role in supporting the day-to-day running of the practice behind the scenes. They are responsible for scanning and processing clinical documents, summarising medical records, and ensuring patient information is accurate and up to date.

The team also includes our Care Coordinators, who help patients navigate health and care services, coordinate appointments and follow-up care, and work closely with clinicians and external organisations to ensure patients receive the support they need.

Together, our Administration Team helps maintain accurate records, supports continuity of care, and ensures the practice runs efficiently so that our clinical teams can focus on providing the best possible care for our patients.
