Chlamydia Screening

We offer a free chlamydia screening for patients between 15 and 25. Please collect a self testing kit from the practice, they are available in the WC.

The test is easy to use and the results are texted to you by Norfolk Chlamydia Screening Programme. Results are confidential and your GP does not need to know the results. It is recommended that young people are screened every year.

C-Card Scheme

Young patients between 13 to 25 years can register for a C-Card and collect free condoms by showing their C-Card at many places throughout Norfolk, including the practice. For more information about the C-Card, please visit the Young and Free website.
