It is with sadness that we heard of the death of our colleague, Dr Anne Cheetham, after a long illness. Dr Cheetham was a partner at the practice for many years (seen here when the surgery opened with Doctors Tolley, Matthews, Stone and the practice manager at the time, Mrs Alex Durrant). During that time, Anne was the only woman doctor in the practice, yet continued to practise while having time off only to have three children and is fondly remembered.
