Feedback and complaints

We are continually looking to turn patient feedback into real improvements in the services we provide. We use it to focus on the things that matter most to our patients, carers and their families.

Complaints

We do try very hard to give a good, friendly, efficient service but there are times when some of you feel aggrieved about certain things. Please come and talk to us about them first. A part of our practice manager’s job is to ensure the practice runs smoothly and that you are satisfied with the service you receive from us.

Despite our best efforts we realise that we do not always get things right and if you feel this is the case we need to know about it. Most matters can be speedily dealt with in this way, but if your concern is with any of the doctors or nurses in the practice, the practice manager can arrange for you to speak to them outside normal consulting times. We have found that more often than not, the problem can be resolved and misunderstandings can be clarified. Further information on the complaints procedure is available from reception.

If you wish to speak to the practice manager, please contact the practice online or telephone the practice directly.
