If an urgent medical problem emerges out of surgery hours, telephone GP Out-of-Hours on 111. (Please note the provision of out-of-hours medical cover is the responsibility of IC24 Ltd)

Monday – Sunday 8am to 8pm 7 Days a week
The Norwich Walk-in Centre gives advice and treatment for minor illnesses and injuries such as:
- Minor Burns & Scalds
- Muscle & Joint Injury
- Respiritory Problems
- Abdominal Pain
- Ear, Nose & Throat Problems
- Eye Infections
- Urinary Infections
- Emergency Contraception
- Condom Supply (Under 18´s)
- Chlamydia Screening (Under 25´s)
You do not need an appointment. If you wish to be seen at the Walk In centre, you can just turn up between the above times.

We encourage you not to use the A&E Department for minor illness and problems of a non–urgent nature. If your problem is of a non–urgent nature, make an appointment to see us during normal surgery hours.
In a genuine emergency you should call 999. Chest pains and / or shortness of breath constitute an emergency.
